Chef Ashraf Gharib, is re-inventing the art of cooking. The food is a way to tell his story and it changes with each new chapter of his life. Recently settling down in the Mansfield area starting his own restaurant after 20 years of experience.

When it comes to food it is taking multiple aspects of different cultures and fuses them to make your beautiful and delicious dish. Chef Ashraf loves to get people together and have that interaction through food.

Chef Ashraf spent over 20 years crafting his skills and passion for cooking . This is where the art of cooking set root. At a young age he was always in the kitchen.

Owner and Executive Chef Nabeel Gharib expertly crafts a sophisticated blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine drawing influences from the span of the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
Our warm and generous hospitality drives our mission to make every guest and team member feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honoured. We are here to share; to pass fresh pita bread and mezze amongst old friends and new; to celebrate life and its delicious bounty.
